Hospital Policies

Appointment Policy

We see rehabilitation cases by referral. This policy promotes the highest possible quality veterinary care for your pet. When we work with your primary care veterinarian, we have access to your doctor's insight into your pets long-term health concerns as well as previous medical records which may be relevent to the healing of your pet. Emergency cases that are related to rehabilitation shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If your pet's emergency is of a general nature, then of course, your regular veterinarian would be the best resource for emergency care. If you have an emergency click here for more instructions.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
