Getting Treatment
Whether you were referred to us by your veterinarian or have found us on your own, we welcome you and your pet to the Center for Veterinary Pain Management and Rehabilitation.
Before getting treatement at our Center, ask your veterinarian about rehabilitation for your pet. While we don’t require a veterinarian’s referral, a written referral is very helpful in evaluating the problem and determining the right treatment. We like to work closely with you and your veterinarian to identify and treat the pain or mobility issues your pet faces. We recommend that when you schedule a consultation with us, you ask your veterinarian to fill out our New Patient Referral Form. Then bring the referral form, along with your pet’s records and radiographs, with you to the consultation.
During this first consultation, Dr. Wall will discuss with you the pain management and rehabilitation treatments appropriate to your pet’s condition. Your pet’s medical records and radiographs can assist him in determining the causes of pain and restricted mobility. After Dr. Wall’s evaluation, we create an individualized treatment plan to address and remedy your pet’s specific condition.
