Dr. Rick Wall, DVM, CCRP, DAAPM
A 1979 graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Wall is the owner of Animal Clinics of The Woodlands and the Center for Veterinary Pain Management and Rehabilitation. Following an initial career in equine medicine, Dr. Wall opened Animal Clinic at Cochran’s Crossing located in The Woodlands, TX, in 1995. This was to be the first of three primary veterinary care locations that now form Animal Clinics of The Woodlands. In 2004, Dr. Wall opened the Center for Veterinary Pain Management and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Wall is certified in canine rehabilitation and operates the only veterinarian owned and operated pain management and physical rehabilitation practice in Texas. He is one of a handful of veterinarians who have completed certification requirements for Diplomate status with the American Academy of Pain Management. Currently he is the only veterinarian in the country with a certification in myofascial trigger point therapy through the Janet Travell, MD Seminar Series on myofascial pain. While this training is for myofascial pain in people, Dr. Wall has applied this knowledge to pain management in dogs and cats.

Dr. Carrie Giordano, DVM
Dr. Giordano graduated from Texas A&M University, College of veterinary medicine in 2005, after working for 15 years as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in west Texas. She joined the Animal Clinics of the Woodlands staff in May 2005. Pain management is of special interest to her and as such, she is working toward her certification as a Veterinary Pain Practitioner and is a member of the International Academy of Veterinary Pain Management. Her other areas of interest in veterinary medicine are ultrasound, feline medicine and exotics.
Kari Koudleka, RVT, CCRP
Kari is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She graduated from Tomball College in 2004. Following graduation, Kari began working in rehabilitation at the Center. She received her certification in Canine Rehabilitation through the University of Tennessee Certification Program in the summer of 2006. Kari is the head technician at the Center for Veterinary Pain Management and Rehabilitation. Kari works very closely with Dr. Wall to ensure that all of the patients receive appropriate therapy. She has completed courses at the Chi Institute in Chinese medicine and presently hopes to obtain her Certification in Pain Management through the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management in August 2009.
